Billy Hatcher and the Giant Egg (Gameplay Part 1)

I want to try and finish this game again due to nostalgia. It's a great game with lots of shortcut potential, which I remember distinctly back when I played this on the GameCube. So I start off playing rather bad. I'm still getting used to the controls and the controller. It seems very sensitive for some reason and some of the game mechanics are annoying at first. I hatch the golden egg in the third level, then barely manage to win the race in the second level. Then just fail the saving Rolly mission, which I finished off-camera.
