Mahjong Taikai 3 Introduction Video Clip

This is the introduction video sequence for the Japanese PS2 mahjong (Real 4 player mahjong, not solitaire) game called "Maajan Taikai 3". The man and woman are both hosts of the Mahjong Palace in which the competitions take place. There are 5 main stages, each with a specific and general rule set (Standard/Tonpu/Hokkaido/Free/Inflation), and you play 10 Hanchans in each stage. Depending on your total points at the end of each stage compared to your 11 opponents (only play against 3 at a time), you may become 1st place and receive a trophy + reward. If your overall points is highest after all 5 stages, then you are the strongest player, receiving the "ultimate" prize... The game was produced in 2000 when the PS2 was new so the 3D graphics aren't that great, and I used my digital camera to film this (no video camera), so sorry about that.
