Mega Man Network Transmission 100% Speedrun - 2:00:43

This run as a whole was amazing! Some slop in a few spots like Shopping Comps but execution was solid through most of the run and luck was overall very favorable, I am leaving this category here for now until more major reroutes or possibly any useful glitches are found! 100% in Network Transmission is defined as full Library completion (137 chips found, 14 PAs revealed) and Level 100 in the Mega Man menu (all 99 permanent upgrades collected).
