Join Competition Coach Matt Bean, Club Coach Josh Levy and 2nd year curler Marcelo Bassani de Freitas in their first Curling Drills video. In this exercise, we set up a "can" on the hog line and attempt to make direct contact with our slider foot onto the center of the can. In this first practice of the season (and our first video ever! - please be gentle) we work on Balance and Line of Delivery. After a long summer it's good to work on your balance and line of delivery in order to get your "ice legs" back and reinforce your muscle memory. Matt Bean was Competition Coach trained in Ontario and later Certified as a Competition Coach in Québec. He currently curls out of the Royal Montreal Curling Club in Québec. Josh Levy is Club Coach trained and Marcelo BF is a 2nd year curler, both out of RMCC.
