Gekisou TomaRunner - Adult Tournament - Jam Speedrun in 28:23

I recently got on a kick to play this game a bunch and ended up doing speedruns with all the characters. I didn't do normal tournament because my game was sometimes crashing at one of the cut scenes but this mode has cut scenes disabled.
