(SES) Covert Action - Case 1 - 2 - Search and Apprehend

Now that we've identified the Mastermind, the objective is fairly simple. Apprehend him. Unfortunately we don't know where his office is, so we gotta find that first. The Mastermind tends to be the hardest person to capture because they do surprisingly little, making it hard to trace them.
