How to unlock secret characters in Iggy's Reckin' Balls

In order to unlock secret characters, the player must achieve First Place and obtain a 100% in each level on the Medium difficulty. Each level has ten racetracks. The player must achieve First Place on each track within a level. This means that if player gets Second Place on any track, they won't be able to unlock the secret character. Each level, except for the level Easy Street, has a secret character. Achieving First Place and obtaining a 100% on the level Easy Street is only necessary to unlock the final secret character Lizzy. The first three secret characters are King Jr (Elvis Presley), Cecil the Nerd, and Mask the Ninja.
