Toytles: Leaf Raking - Screen transitions

I'm adding screen transitions to Toytles: Leaf Raking, the leaf-raking business simulation game that teaches responsibility and strategic thinking. Moving from one neighborhood to another is no longer a jarring instant cut, and I think the transitions give the player a better sense of location in the town.
