Copa Petrobras de Marcas : Fairly Good. It's Also Free.

I'd probably suggest a 440 or 500 degree steering rotation with the same 22 degree lock, but 540 still got it done. Anyways - info below. Get the game here -
So, how does it stack up? Well, after a week of play... 4 car shapes (as far as I can tell, spec cars beneath the surface), no real world skins, 6 tracks, no online racing, independent from GSCE. That's really important in many regards. So on that front, there is a Honda in the real series, and obviously the lack of real world skins kind of sucks. But then again, having never heard of this series before this game, I really don't care. With templates for painting on their website, I spose someone could end up making a real world skin pack. But again, you probably know nothing about this series, so who cares?!? It drives well, but not spectacularly. It's not bad (certainly not with the context of "it's free") - but I don't feel like it's Reiza's best. This series / these cars were a rumor a year plus ago as coming to Reiza's Game Stock Car, so I wouldn't hesitate to think that these cars were developed around then - because they drive like the initial release of GSC2013. Very "solid" in feel, like the car is on the track, not "in" the track. Since GSC2013's initial launch, I feel that Reiza has sort of improved the feel of the cars - more "rubbery", but I don't get the same sensation with these cars which leads to a less satisfying driving feel. Again, that's not bad - especially when you consider it's free - but it's nothing I find too addicting or particularly satisfying when compared with Reiza's other work. Is it fair to compare this to GSCE? Some would say no on the basis of "it's free", but with the same engine, same studio, same tracks - this game is basically GSCE "DLC", which has been free when adding cars AND tracks... I find it hard AS A OWNER OF GSCE (important to note as this does probably skew my view) to just say "it's free" so "you can't compare it to a game you pay for". This could have been GSCE DLC and you would be none the wiser. :) And again, it's not bad on the physics front. It really isn't. It just isn't as good as some of Reiza's other works, which I - again, as a GSCE owner - cannot just look over. Sounds are acceptable and on par with Reiza's other work, though... these types of touring cars aren't ever going to have that exciting "goo in my pants' sound to them. They do kind of feel out of the environment, but there is a sound mod out there that I believe fixes this. It's not required, but might be worth a look if it bothers you too much, but it probably won't. Tracks are straight from GSCE as far as I can tell, only changes are track side advertising. As such, they are pretty much fantastic. But if you have GSCE, you already have all of these tracks, plus alternate layouts, plus all of your mod tracks installed and stuff. AI is the weak spot for me, it's S L O W. The big problem is they are very slow in the middle of the corner, which upping the difficulty doesn't really ever cure that, which makes them far too easy to pass even if they turn the same lap times as you. It's an issue in every racing game certainly, but it seems to be bugging me more in this game. As shown in the race in this video, I've also noticed that it seems like a few cars will break away from the pack. I feel like some tweaking I could improve it through several well known tweaks, but I think that would kind of defeat the purpose of a more review oriented video. As is typical with this engine... well... graphics are there. You either complain about them or don't care. Personally, I feel they get the job done while not reminding me the graphics suck (like many poor tracks do in any game / sim) and it runs at a high frame rate. Works well enough for me. Worth a download and the price. Follow me like a stalker! (please dont actually stalk me... duh)   / emptybox_007
