Commodore 64 Longplay [246] Little Puff in Dragonland (EU)

Played by: MadMatty Little Puff in Dragonland. A Cartoon Time release developed by Consult Software and published by Codemasters in 1990. "Little Puff's Mum had told him not to wander too far from home. But one day he couldn't resist the temptation to go off and explore the mysterious world that lay beyond Dragon Land. After a while he was hungry - but he was too little, and not fierce enough to catch anything, so he ran huffing and puffing his way back home for dinner. But his way was blocked by a ferocious guard demanding a pass. What could Puff do - he had no pass! This is where you come in. You must help puff find the 4 parts to the pass, avoiding the hazards that confront him at every turn - and guide him safely back home!" A deceptively short game when you know what to do but you only get one life! Fall in the Spike pit and it's back to the start. Following the trend of the Dizzy games, this seems like a Spectrum port without the colour clash. Like the Dizzy games it is a case of finding the items and where to use them. Maybe aimed at a younger player before progressing onto the larger Dizzy games but one life seems a little devilish if that's the case. Disclaimer: Most videos by World of Longplays use SaveStates!
