The PLANT Supreme Council has learned that a Logos leader has escaped Heaven's Base, and is now hiding in Shinn Asuka's homeland of Orb. The PLANTs demand that the fugitive be handed over, but Orb refuses. Infuriated by Orb's betrayal, Shinn goes to do battle with his homeland.
