Imperium Galactica II: Alliances - Solarian Federation Campaign Part 1

IG2 was one of my favorite 4X games as a kid. The graphics may be mediocre at best now, but they looked amazing back in 1999. With a 3D interface, full 3D graphics, and lengthy and well-done FMVs, IG2 was 5 years ahead of its contemporaries. The musical score is also excellent, and has even won a BAFTA award. This video kicks off the Solarian (read: Human) Federation campaign. And yes, the intro video didn't make much sense back then, and doesn't make much sense now. I think I picked up on the part about a 1000-year old cryogenically-preserved emperor being reanimated to terrorize my empire in nothing but his birthday suit, though.
