Open VirtualDVD in the system tray. Virtual Devices → (D:) No Media → Mount Image 3. Open the Gary Gadget .bin, install the game, and enjoy! NOTE: The .bin must be mounted in your virtual drive the whole time to get it to work. Alt-Tabbing to skip cutscenes has been patched out, but the Diploma "Glitch" hasn't. Unlike the installer for "Bygg BIlar med Mulle Meck," this one is 32-bit, so it's super easy to run in Windows 10.
