Star Fox Zero Longplay

Hi there and welcome to this longplay of Star Fox Zero. This game was made by Nintendo and Platinum. Released on the Wii-U in 2016. This game is the 6th installment in the star fox series. As per usual if you have a story about why you like this game please leave it in the comments below. I would love to read about it. I have always really enjoyed the Star Fox series. Even when it was not so popular. My first introduction to the character was Fox through Super Smash Brothers. For the N64. There were so many characters in that game that I was so familiar with. But, there were so many whom I sad never seen before and who were shrouded in mystery. Fox McCloud was one of them. They had little character bios and I was happy to learn about all the characters I had never seen before. Eventually I learned more about Fox and would play ask my mom for the GameCube game (oh boy). So, one day I saw this game sitting somewhere and I picked it up. It has a cool box, the box was thick and the art looked amazing. However, I heard the game was panned really heavily. I was just happy to add it to my collection. And so it sat for a few years. Finally I decided to break out the game and give it a try. Then I saw that beacon of hope. I saw the Platinum game logo and I knew it was going to be okay. Now, please keep in mind I am not a massive die hard Star Fox fan. But this game was really fun to play. I actually struggled at some parts (please see longplay for more struggles) and the game looks amazing. The only major complaint I have about the game is that there is no way to have the audio spoken by the characters come out of the TV and not the gamepad. But, its not a game breaker. There is also basically an entire game being played on the gamepad that is not recorded and you cannot see. However I would say that as a game (that was not developed with being recorded in mind) it is very fun to play. There are a lot of other options too in the arcade mode. So, if you have a Wii-U and stumble upon this game. Grab it. It's one of the better Wii-U titles out there. Thank you so much for hanging out and watching this longplay.
