This is one of those games that are just a feel good experience all around. The last time I played this game in 2015 I was in a much different place in my life. I was just out of college and struggling to find work. When I was playing this game I fell in love with the music and the beautiful irony this game displays. The parallels in my life at the time to the main character was really 1:1 and I think we can all relate to a time in our life where we really don't know what we want to do or who we are. I know this game can be a little niche but its honestly so much fun to play though and listen to all the fun songs. This is one of those games that really made me want to make games of my own / inspired me to just be creative. My favorite aspect of the game is the concept that Dominique is happy they never completed their college work because everyone can sing perfectly. When in reality everyone just "sings" they don't necessarily sing good. I think its very poetic saying, just do what makes you happy. I always have a hard time analyzing art because I'm scared to interpret it wrong and not fully see the artists vision. But, I think that kind of the point. Make the game/art mean something to you. Suffice to say I really enjoyed the game. There is a sequel to this game called Dominique Pamplemousse & Dominique Pamplemousse in "Combinational Explosion" I have never played it before but I most certainly will be now.
