The Adventues of Cookie & Cream: Part 40: Tumble World 5 (Moon Final Boss & Ending)

The roosters are there in the wide open area to greet the rabbits for getting so far into their adventure of teamwork. But then, the ground gives away... and Cream falls through! Luckily, the Black Rooster grabbed her before she could fall to her death. The Black Rooster then takes Cream to the top of the Sky Castle, with the White Rooster following behind with Cookie in his grasp. The chickens then drop the bunnies off, and the bunnies face their final opponent... the thing they were looking for this entire time... The Dark Overlord... THE MOON, ITSELF! ---------- The only way to attack the Moon is to blast him with one of the four cannons in the area. You can't really afford to take a lot of hits in this fight. You only have 100 seconds. If you get hit twice during this first phase, you might as well start over. The Moon has 3 different forms. Each form has him in a different colors and makes him attack the rabbits differently: When the Moon is yellow, he will either roll right into one of the rabbits, or roll around the perimeter of the stage. Watch where he looks and go for a cannon as soon as you can. Sometimes, the moon will turn blue and fall right on top of a rabbit. Even if you move them away, the Blue Moon will land in that spot two more times, and then spin around while shooting lasers. The Moon's black form is also its creepiest. The screen gets a bit dark, and the Black Moon will suddenly either appear in the middle of the stage or on top of the cannons. It will then float up and try to follow around a rabbit to squash them constantly. Use this to your advantage by having the chased rabbit line up the Black Moon up for the non-chased rabbit's cannon. ---------- If you've emptied the Moon's health by this point... You have one more phase to beat! The Moon then splits up into five smaller Moons that destroy the cannons (that then spawn silver clocks), and roll all around the field. You have to carefully jump on them to stun them, then stand next to them to kick them off the Sky Castle. Once you've done that, the Moon falls! ---------- Cookie & Cream found the Moon, they've fought the Moon, and now they've re-captured it. Their grand adventure has come to and end. The White Rooster congratulates the rabbits and now considers them true heroes of the Rabbit Clan! The clan can now commence their Moon Festival at long last. But the next night, when the Rabbit Clan did begin their festival, Cookie & Cream weren't there among their brethern. That is because they decided to stay and live on the Moon, itself, for the rest of their lives, in order to keep in check and prevent it from causing any more disturbances with further disappearances. And that is the end of the story that's inspired by the Asian myth of rabbits on the moon. ---------- Thanks for watching! The Moon statue that you get from beating the Moon is the finaly gift that you should see at the Title Screen. It is so crowded here, now! Stay tuned, however, but you actually get more to do after beating this game. You unlock an extra world, the Bonus World, that doesn't serve much more than to give you more fun and puzzles.
