Not. See that "I just trolled myself" bit in 1:49? Yeah. THIS IS FAKE, I'M TELLING YOU!!! There's no patch, no goodie, no secret method that you can use to get this ending. I doubt anyone would want to get this ending anyway, but whatever. In this particular "fake build", though, the requirement to get this scene is fill up Spook's attraction. Not that it matters at all.
