Art of Balance Walkthrough: World D, Part 1 (Levels 1.1 - 5.5)

We've made it to the final world. Naturally, world D contains the hardest levels by far. There are many different ways to complete most of the levels. If anyone has different solutions to any level, you are more than welcome to post a comment or video response! If you have any specific problems, feel free to leave a comment and I will respond.
