I'm using a Sega Genesis gamepad to play though since it is more comfortable and doesn't squeak as much as the SMS gamepads. The game doesn't have any MLB licensing so there are no real teams or players, just city names. I play a single exhibition game of last year's world series match-up: Houston Astros vs. L.A. Dodgers.
