Why is this a thing?: So Many Girls, So Little Time

Nicki and I looked at a game that was on Xbox Live for only 80 Microsoft points...it became obvious that this was not worth the investment fairly quick. Can I juggle multiple women in this arcade game? Or will I and Nicki both fail miserably? Honestly, no one is a winner here.
