Making good progress on my way to claiming the crown, I run into a little Imp who seems friendly. Experience has taught me that friends are valuable and so I decide to let him tag along. Mistake? I'm pretty sure that there will be many deaths in my playthrough of Steve Jackson's Sorcery, but if you are into story driven games then I'm sure you will enjoy this one. :: About this Series :: An epic adventure in a land of monsters, traps and magic. Journey across the deadly Shamutanti Hills and through the Cityport of Kharé, home to thieves, corrupt nobles and deadly mutants, as you attempt to recover the Crown of Kings. If you ever read any kind of choose your own adventure story, then you will be familiar with much of this game. There is lot of reading in this game, which I love, but may be a turn off to some. The hand to hand combat is not really very involved and also requires a fair bit of reading in order for you to get cues about what your opponent is about to do. Spellcasting is done by spelling out the name of each spell (!) from a limited pool of letters. If you die, you have the opportunity to rewind and try a different set of choices. I read and enjoyed my fair share of these, so when I saw that this game was on Steam I had to give it a try. I watched Youtuber Splattercat play the first 20 minutes and thought it would make a fun series. If you know any other games similar to this, I would love to hear about them, so let me know down in the comments. :: Help Me Help You :: Take a look at some other videos on my channel - / @chokkan If you enjoyed watching this video, hit that like button.
