Lotus Esprit Turbo Challenge (beta 2.2) for ATARI STe

The latest beta of Jonathan Thomas' upgraded Lotus Esprit for the Atari STe. Actually, this is more like a v2.2 (as I'm calling it!) because there are now extra audio refinements over the previous version, along with new sky gradients for player two, and newly programmed Blitter-scrolling code used to move the mountain landscape.
