F-117 Night Storm - Genesis - Campaign - Full Playthrough

This combat flight sim came out in 1993 and was developed by Rare for Electronic Arts. It's exclusive to the Genesis / Mega Drive. Note: The annoying mid-roll ads are from YouTube, not me. Get me to 1000 subs and I'll apply for monetization status, then I can switch them off, like I do on my main channel. You pilot an F-117 stealth plane and go on bombing raids with the occasional dog fight. It's split into a series of operations that take place in trouble spots around the world from 1982 to 1996. Some of it is based on real world conflicts, like Operation Desert Storm, but there are some fictional scenarios too, like a "future" war with North Korea. This was an ambitious game for the system, featuring large open environments, 3D polygons, full 360° movement, advanced (for the time) flight physics, a damage system affecting how the plane operates, digital speech and a mission editor. All that came at a price, with a frame-rate in the single digits, but if you can handle that it's just about playable. Use your imagination and it's actually quite an immersive experience. 00:00:46 - Tonopah, Nevada: September 1982: Training 00:06:48 - Grenada, October 25, 1982: Operation Nickel Grass 00:10:25 - Libya: April 14, 1986: Operation El Dorado Canyon 00:17:55 - Panama: December 19, 1989: Operation Just Cause 00:23:43 - Khamis Mushait, Saudi Arabia: 'Tonopah East': January 1991: Operation Desert Storm 00:41:43 - Khamis Mushait, Saudi Arabia: 'Tonopah East': Dec 1993: Operation Desert Lightning 00:55:42 - Bosnia/Herzegovina: April 1994: Operation Pollo Loco 01:07:28 - Ucayali River Valley, Peru: July, 1994: Operation Snowcap 01:16:38 - Cuba: March, 1995: Operation Wood Acre 01:33:29 - Libya: October, 1995: Operation Scarlet Claw 01:35:43 - Korea: September 1996: Operation Iron Worker 01:57:29 - Ending and Credits Playlist of other games developed by Rare    • Games developed by Rare
