NCAA Gamebreaker 99, released in stores on October 31st, 1998. The 3rd gamebreaker of its kind has a very similar look to Gamebreaker 98 but plays much different in my opinion. The players seem to move much faster and out of that sluggish feel as I put in the description on the last video of Gamebreaker 98. This was the first of the “989 sports” for the Gamebreaker series and so far I would have to say this is my favorite as it is a little easier to pass on this game and the movement is much improved from the first two. If I'm not mistaken 989 sports was still Sony essentially but please correct me if I'm wrong. Recording gameplay with: PS2 Elgato HD60 S + capture card Playstation to HDMI converter
