I install, go through the briefing, and play the first level of Stellar 7. I remember getting this game in a CD 10 (20?) pack that also included Kings Quest 5. Last time I played this was probably 20+ years ago. I used the original CD through DOSBox. The game makes use of CD audio for all the cut scenes. Sound effects are MIDI I think.
