No ripped, no frayed, locks and unlocks properly. Mirrors IS CLEAN, SECURED, NO CRACKED, NOT CHIPPED OR BROKEN, adjusted to driver Windshield IS CLEAN, SECURED, NO CRACKED, NOT CHIPPED OR BROKEN, no illegal stickers Fire extinguisher Secured to the floor, fully charged, not expired, protection pin is in place Three reflective triangles properly folded to the red box, no cracked, not chipped or broken Spare fuses - Present turn on the ignition ABS lights for truck and trailer ON and OFF – system is working properly. Left turn signal, Right turn signal, 4 way flashers and high beam lighting indicators working properly. City and highway horns working properly Wipers working at low speed, high speed and with washer fluid. Heater Air is blowing- heater is working. Defroster Air is blowing- defroster is working. Pump brake pedal below 100 psi (if need) Safe start: Truck in Neutral, Parking brakes on, START ENGINE SAFELY Build air pressure by pressing the gas pedal up 1500 rpm, The truck sneezed around 125 psi. Governor cut off. System is fully charged. Turn off the Engine “Now, I will check air pressure leaks” Turn key in ON position. Press and hold brake pedal. Release Brake buttons (first yellow, second red) After pressure is stabilised: “I start counting 1 minute”. “One minute is up! Air pressure drops no more than 4 psi, no leaks” “Now I will check Air low pressure warning devices. I need drop air pressure around 60 PSI” Start pumping the Brake pedal Around 60 psi Warning light & Buzzer come on. System working properly “Now I will check Emergency Spring Brakes. I need drop air pressure between 40 and 20 PSI” Start pumping the Brake pedal Between 40 and 20 psi Brake buttons pop-out. System working properly Start Engine and Build air pressure between 120 and 140 psi. Temperature gauge Normal operating range between 170 and 200 F. No warning signals. Working properly. Oil pressure gauge Between 30 and 60 psi. No warning signals. Working properly. Voltmeter Normal operating range is between 12 and 15 or the blue zone of the gauge. Air gauge working properly. Pressure builds up. Governor cuts off between 120-140 PSI. Governor cut off. System fully charged. “Now, I will check a Truck Parking Brakes” Press brake pedal and put truck in Gear (D) Release RED button, Press gas. - “Truck is not going, truck parking brakes work” ‘Now, I will check a Trailer Parking Brakes” Apply the RED button. Release Yellow button, Press gas. - “Truck is not going, trailer parking brakes work” “Now, I will check a Hand valve” Apply Hand valve Release both parking brakes. Press gas. - “Truck is not going, Hand valve work” Apply both parking brakes. Put truck in Neutral. Realise hand valve. Build up air pressure… Governor cut off. System fully charged. “Now, I will check a Service Brakes” Press brake pedal and put truck in Gear (D) Release Both buttons (first yellow, second red), Move slowly 8-10 feet Press Brake pedal. Steering wheel doesn't turn left or right more than 1 inch, the truck is stopped straight, and the service brake works properly. Apply Parking Brakes (pull yellow button) Put the truck in the (N) position.
