Finishing earlier gives fixed amount of bonus money regardless of finish time. So, prepping products in spare time is much better than fast finish. I didn't organize crops and gears. I don't mind it. If you want better efficiency, you can organize them by your own way. A really, really huge tip - Queue many actions(at least 8) to boost Lisa's speed. Lisa becomes faster when she confronts a bunch of unfinished tasks.
