This 1995 release is unique on the Super Famicom library because it has a SPC7110 data compression chip in the cartridge that allows not only to have an insane amount of graphic data (perfect considering the previous three games came out on PC engine CD) and a real time calendar/clock feature that allowed for events to happen only at certain days of times of day, such as festivals within the game world and shop schedules. As you can guess, the chances of it ever getting localized in 1995 to the West were non existent.... but here we are 22 years older/wiser and thanks to the effort of a lot of long time, dedicated Super Nintendo fans this game is now fully playable to English speaking people.
