This is the original Panzer Elite PC tank simulator from 1999. NOT Panzer Elite Action which is an entirely different game! The shown video is using MY code mod and fmmy missions. It has improved AI gunnery and penetration to angle calculations, path finding, spotting and other gameplay changes, as well as smoothed maps and better land textures.
