Panzer Elite PC tank simulator 1999-2023 fmmy with commentary

This is the original Panzer Elite PC tank simulator from 1999. NOT Panzer Elite Action which is an entirely different game! The video is using MY Full Monty DX9 v51 mod. mysimtech.wordpress.com/panzer-elite-pc/ It has improved AI gunnery and penetration to angle calculations, path finding, spotting and other gameplay changes, as well as smoothed maps and better land textures. I recorded this mission in 80% video quality, so its fuzzier than normal, also colours & brightness are not right as it was played from HDMI output and large monitor setting changes. I have an updated Fmmy mod "DX12" that works on Windows 11, and supersedes all my earlier mods. Its designed for Windows 8,10,11.
