To get this commendation, finish very quickly with high accuracy and cause little to no property damage. Main problem is the CPU cruiser tailing the limo from the outset! PAL version played on PS2 in Smooth Texture mode. 'Flower Power' and 'Silly Speech' modes activated. PS I bought this game for 49p from a charity shop!
