Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Army Men: Air Combat- The Elite Missions for the GameCube Released in 2003, this game was developed and published by 3D0. It's a top-down flight combat game with a few unique elements and nice level design, but the whole package feels very uninspired and bland. In addition, the game just isn't all that much fun, due in large part the seemingly random difficulty spikes that the game can take. Still, if you really love army men, you may want to borrow this from someone.
