I do not know who made these songs, where they come from or what theyre saying, sorry. I found it on one of my old flash drives. This is most likely a digitized cassette recording, made at some point in Kyrgyzstan in the 90s judging by the results of searching "Кыргызстан Плюс" on youtube.
